Still Waiting...

You've probably figured out that we are still waiting on little Lauren to decide to make her grand entrance into this world. I am 40 weeks today, although the doctor has my due date as tomorrow. Either way, I am ready! I am still working and I swear I get comments about still being here every few minutes. I think that people at work are getting nervous that I am going to drop the baby out in the classroom any minute. I figure that we have a full-time nurse at school, so it's all good!

Hayden has officially had three good weeks at school! For those of you who didn't know, he has been struggling with following rules and behaving since the beginning of the school year. He did lots of time out and could not understand why he had to be quiet when the teacher was talking. This did not sit well with his parents, the teacher and the cop. He lost all of his toys more than once and is still earning them back, 5 each day when he behaves. Thankfully, he has turned the corner and hasn't had a bad report in 3 weeks. We are very happy about that and hope the streak continues! Here he is with his teacher. I can't believe the school year is already half-way over! He has picture day next Thursday. He's only 3 and is already taking school pictures. Where has the time gone?

Brian is sick with the flu/cold again. He now has a 101 degree fever! I am hoping he shakes this quickly so that he can be in the room for the delivery of the baby. He has a doctor appointment this afternoon. Please send him healthy vibes today so that he feels better quickly!

I hope that you are having a good day and staying warm!

Gotta love those 3 year olds....you didn't know that the world revolved around them?! Whoever coined the phrase "terrible 2s" just didn't have a 3 year old yet! HA It has been the most challenging year by far for both of my girls!!! Oh what fun!

COME ON OUT, LAUREN!!!!!

I came over via Jen's blog, just to wish you a happy baby! I hope you've had her by the time you read this. I drank lots of red raspberry leaf tea with both my pregnancies, and it did good things for my labors (3 hours 45 minutes with #1 and 1 hour 9 minutes with #2) so you might want to pick some up if you haven't had the baby yet.

Good luck!
Amy
