Lauren was baptized on Aug. 10th (I know I am running behind in my posting...sorry). We were joined by my parents, Brian's mom, my brother, his wife, their little boy, Les, Nicole, and Leah. She was baptized at First United Methodist Church where we are members. She did wonderfully! She looked right at Pastor Dave while he was baptizing her (like she knew and understood what he was saying to her!) It was so cute! Hayden answered all of the questions they asked us as well. It was a beautiful day so we enjoyed chicken and other goodies at the house afterward. We felt so blessed to be surrounded by loving family (although there were some very special people missing and we wish we could have included everyone) and friends. Our children are so lucky to be part of our family and God's family!
