It has been quite a while since I posted last. I've been pretty busy at work and had a journal due for my internship by Sept. 30th. That's what I have been focusing on lately...in my spare time. (What's that???) We did have a chance to get away last weekend to visit with my Dad. We have been planning to go to the James Dean and Ducktails hot rod runs in Fairmount and Gas City. Dad and Hayden share a love for cars, more specifically, old cars! Dad was really looking forward to going with us to this. We loved being with Dad and enjoying something from his world. It was a stressful day though. If you can imagine a day outside at a rod run with a preschooler and infant, that was our trip. :) Don't get me wrong though, we still had a nice time with Dad. Here is a shot I took of Lauren last week when she was upset that I left the room. It was the first time I noticed real tears.

Don't they just break your heart! Zane has had real tears for awhile now. We were talking about that on a board I go to online, how they all do certaint things at different times. Now that he does have real tears, it is harder to let him cry! At least you know she loves her mommy since she didn't want you to leave! :)
