Graduation and such...

This weekend has been great...beautiful weather, time with family, and celebrations. We were supposed to spend the weekend and this coming week with Brian's mom, but she has been ill and was not able to come. So, we wanted to share some pictures with her of the graduation party she was going to come to. Brian's cousin, Lindsey, graduated from Michigan City High School this year and the party was Saturday. We had a great time visiting with Brian's Aunt Sharon, Uncle Paul, and cousins. We also got to spend a lot of time with his oldest sister, Bobbi, and her husband, Mike. The kids loved playing on the golf course (Paul & Sharon's backyard is right at the green), dancing to the DJ, and eating cake. Hayden pretty much only ate cake and Doritos the whole night. We stayed until about 9, which is late for us, and had a very nice time. Here are some pictures from that night and a few extras thrown in...

Lauren is starting to push her stroller as a toy now instead of to help with walking. She is starting to really love her baby dolls as well.

I've been trying to get a recipe for asparagus that appeals to both Brian and me. This one was yummy and looked good too! It's called Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce .

Here is Sister all dressed up and ready to got to the party. She even has a clean diaper (note the dirty one in her hand.)

Hayden was shy at the party at first, but then jumped right in and made friends.

The golf course offered hours of entertainment. We need one in our backyard!

Hayden thought raking the sand trap was fun. Daddy was supposed to be watching Lauren to keep her out of the sand.

Guess Daddy failed.

Outta my way!
