Hayden's New Year's Resolution this year was to play basketball. We found a spring league at the Boys and Girls Club and tonight was the skills test. Hayden had to dribble down and back and take a few shots. I assume they use this info to develop evenly balanced teams. He did a great job for his first experience. We got him some new basketball shoes (he picked them out) and shorts. He was very excited and proud. He's been telling the kids at school for about a week that he is going to be playing basketball on a real team! His games start in early April and go through late May.
