Mom's Interview...

An update on my mom's job situation...

She came for her second interview and the CFO was not as friendly as the rest of the people she dealt with. He wanted her to be able to do something called Crystal Reporting. I guess it is where you input data about your staff and then analyze it. There are formulas you have to use to do this. Mom hasn't ever done this before because she has always had an IT person do the data entry. She is able to analyze it though. Well, this CFO thought it was an HR responsibility and a problem that she didn't know how to do it. She said that she was willing to learn, but didn't know if that was the best use of her time. In the end, they said that they would call her on Friday and let her know either way. They never called. Classy! At this point, I still don't think she has heard anything from them. What a disappointing end to something so hopeful. I thought that Opportunity Enterprises would be above treating people like that. Please keep her in your prayers that another job opportunity will open up for her and she will find a place that she loves to work at!
