I got another run in this afternoon thanks to an early dismissal from school today. It started out as a nasty, snowy day and didn't let up. We did not delay today (neither did all the other schools in the area). However, by the time we got to school, it was obvious that things were just going to get worse. So, we made the decision to do a 12:30 dismissal before the kids got off the buses. I stayed at school about an hour after students were released to be sure they all got home safely. Once I got home, Shelley had both kids good and sleepy (thanks Shelley!) Both of the kiddos took a nap and I got Mommy time. I walked and ran over two miles and did 30 minutes on the treadmill. Brian got home while I was working out . So, we are all safely home and watching the snow continue to come down. It looks like we are in for quite a bit of lake effect tonight. I'd guess that I'll be home again tomorrow too. I'll post a picture for all of you living in warmer climates so that you can feel our pain.

well, it stopped snowing here, and we didn't get any more all night, thank goodness, I had a dr. appt. and had to run errands, we didn't have much food in the house!
So were you still out today? I think our kids were, more to the cold and slick roads, not as much snow though
